Jules' place and overall hosting powers are superb!! Place was awesome, very accessible - right across Greenbelt (that alone is 100/10). Now a new Greenbelt wing is under construction but I am a structural engineer by trade so it's more like a perk for me having coffee and seeing all the heavy machinery working right across. Place was spotless and exquisite!😁 Thanks Jules for such an awesome place and for being an awesome host!! 🙏🙌 Hopefully I get a chance to book again!!👍

Jet’s place is just impeccable!!!! The grandeur of the unit is just amazing! The location is perfect with great restaurants and shops near by. The ease of checking in and checking out. We will definitely would stay at his place again. We highly recommend Jet’s place and you will not be disappointed.

Ms. Julie was very approachable and accommodated all our requests. Even the caretaker, Ms. Jheanne, was incredibly kind. The unit itself was beautiful—perfect for a family. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, which is a big plus for me. The place was also very clean. We did encounter a small issue with a bit of water leakage in the downstairs room, but overall, we had a fantastic stay. The place had everything we needed and felt so cozy.

The place is recommended for big groups. It is just a few-minute walk going to the beach. The place also has a balcony with the lagoon view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The host also provides freebies such as 2 boxes of banana chips and 2 ref magnets. Overall it's a great experience staying here and will definintely go back in the future.

Great location in Makati. The unit has everything you need for a long stay and the loft allows for plenty of space.

Such a lovely stay! The location was perfect—right at the back entrance of Shangri-La Fort and close to everything we needed. The home was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and had all the comforts of home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, making it feel so welcoming. Our host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. A great stay from start to finish—highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay again!

It’s a nice place to stay , accessible to stores restaurants walking exercises . Church is right across the building. Easy to find address by relatives friends and visitors. The place is clean . Although noticed 1 or 2 little crawlers which I don’t like maybe needs to spray or fumigate before accommodating customers. Otherwise it’s a really nice place to stay. I would like to give a special thank you to ate Grace and kuya Bong for the memorable stay. I was trying hard to find something wrong with the place, but to be honest I couldn’t find anything to fault. The place was spotless clean and and it looks a lot better in person then the pictures. Nothing was an issue and the hosts always were quick to help in what ever requests I had. Very good location close to mega mall, restaurants and weekend food market. Really safe and clean place to stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to stay. Once again thank you so much guys . Salamat po🙏🏼

Anne is a delight to deal with. very cool and understanding. something you don't find with other host in bgc. the space was better than expected. this loft was large for 1 person and had ample space for storage or just to move around the unit. also added attention to detail was the brick wall paper which added a nice touch

Very comfortable, very nice looking unit which matched the photos. Staying in a loft was a nice change from the normal units we had stayed in previously. The washing machine was a much appreciated bonus and the powerful air-conditioner also. We would absolutely stay here again in future, thank you!

Can also microwave store-bought meals. 🏋️‍♀️🏊‍♀️ Free pool & gym. Limited equipment though : e-bike, treadmill, some machine; mid-sized pool. 🚘 Pay parking inside the building The parking guards were helpful. 🛍️ Robinsons Magnolia & Greenhills shopping center are nearby 🚖 Book Grab for going around the place for convenience, since the streets are busy and hard to park. Gilmore LRT2 station is also 3 mins walk ⛪ There's one walking distance, closed before 6pm. Next at Santuario de San Jose Parish (it's airconditioned!) 🏪 Savemore, Mercury and 7-11 are nearby

definitely enjoyed our stay at Trixia'd place. the place was definitely more than enough for 2 adults and 1 pet. I love how we found it easy to go their place considering it was at night and it was our first time there. I also appreciate how accommodating Ms Trixia and Ate were.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to malls, banks, and groceries, making travel around the area a breeze. The wifi connection, as promised by the host, proved to be reliable, which was essential for our work while traveling. The unit itself was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities listed, plus a fantastic city view. Host She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful, addressing all our queries from day one and guiding us throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, offering a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be returning in the future. Thankyou host She! 🙂

Great place for staycation.

Thank you for letting us stay in your unit for 5 days and 4 nights. The place is clean, neat, and cozy. It is well recommended and we will definitely book it again in the future.

the place looks nice and well kept. we booked the place last minute, thankfully Rose and her team are very responsinve and they provided us the check-in details right away. the self check-in and out went really smooth, no hassle at all. the only concern we have was the kitchen plates and utensils because we noticed the plates were dusty and there was a cockroach inside the untensils cabinet. we opt not to use the utensils but good thing they provided a dishwashing liquid to wash the plates. other than that we had a pleasant stay. 😊

Great stay for a month. Complete amenities which I liked! Hosts were very welcoming. The only concern we had was the intermittent internet connection but it was on provider's end. It was resolved immediately and host made sure that the connection was restored. Thank you so much!
