Located in a pedestrian area, 25 meters from the beach, direct ocean view, surrounded by shops, services, restaurants and entertainment venues. Good atmosphere. 6 minutes from the train station, where you can park for free. 1 hour from Barcelona or Port-Aventura and 30 minutes from Sitges. Important: It is NOT a continuous rental apartment, it is our second residence and we would like you to take care of it as if it were your own. Ideal for a couple with children, or two couples. Groups should refrain.

Access to the terrace is from the outside and is accessed by climbing a flight of stairs. The apartment has a kitchen-dining room with a balcony, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 double bedroom, and a full bathroom. Fully equipped with new appliances and the necessary utensils to spend a few dreamy days.

Bonito piso en el centro peatonal de Calafell, con vistas al mar desde la terraza muy luminoso y acogedor Tu familia lo tendrá todo a un paso en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro. A 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y autobús. A unos pasos de una gran playa de arena fina. A 3 minutos del mercado principal y del Mercadona. A 3 minutos del piso hay un parking gratuito. Bancos , tiendas, restaurantes , zona de ocio. Ciudades cercanas: -Barcelona - Tarragona -Port aventura -Sitges

Ideal familias y parejas. A 10 minutos playa y paseo marítimo, supermercados. A.A., wifi y Smart TV 44'. 3 dormitorios, salón comedor, dos cuarto de baño (uno suite), terraza, balcón con vistas a la piscina, 2 piscinas grandes y dos para niños pequeños gratuitas. Sábanas y toallas incluidas. La cocina tiene vajilla, utensilios de cocina, microondas, nevera combi, cafetera, lavadora, lavavajillas, etc. Estación de tren y autobús cerca, buenas conexiones con Barcelona, Tarragona y Port Aventura

Preciosa casa en Urbanización Alorda Park, Calafell, muy cerca de la playa. En la planta baja encontramos el salón comedor junto con la cocina, un baño y una terraza privada con porche. En la planta superior se ubican 3 dormitorios dobles con dos terrazas y un baño. En la planta sótano encontramos un salón con proyector, lavandería y el cuarto dormitorio, con dos camas individuales. La urbanización tiene seguridad, 3 piscinas, un bar restaurante, aparcamiento y zonas de juegos infantiles.

Cute ocean-front apartment with 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, which can be converted into doubles by extending the beds, so the apartment can host up to six people. There's also a portable baby travel bed if you are travelling with a baby or a toddler. All bedrooms are facing the interior so they are very quiet. For a relaxed beach holiday, the location doesn’t get any better than this. You step out of the house and the beach is literally right there.
