CASA entera, atmosférica, luminosa, a 3 minutos de la playa, con aire acondicionado y calefacción... en el centro de Calella, con PRIVACIDAD ABSOLUTA. Amplias estancias con terrazas en todas las habitaciones y cómodas camas. El precio depende de las personas alojadas. Por las noches es una zona muy tranquila. La vivienda consta de 3 plantas, más el bajo para el entretenimiento. En la casa hay aparcamiento privado para 1-2 coches (hay que pagar un suplemento de 50-70 euros, para mantenimiento).

El petit loft és un espai pràctic, còmode i bonic, ideal per a una parella. Condicionat per allotjar-s'hi en qualsevol època de l'any. Espai per a teletreballar. Un gran finestral obert a la natura fa que t'hi trobis molt a gust. A 5 minuts caminant de la gran platja de Calella. A través de la decoració amb dibuixos, pintura i cartellisme, volem que et trobis com a casa nostra, i també explicar-te qui som, un pintor i una dissenyadora gràfica. ;-) Sou benvinguts! THE TOP LOFT Un espai ple de llum i tranquilitat ideal per passar-hi un cap de setmana o uns dies de vacances. A cinc minuts de la platja a peu pla i amb tots els serveis. Al centre de Pineda de Mar a 50km de Barcelona i Girona. Hi podeu arribar amb cotxe, tren o bus. El loft es troba al segon pis d'una casa típica de poble, té cuina, bany, sala d'estar (que es converteix en dormitori) i dues terrasses fantàstiques per prendre el sol i fer-hi àpats. Us hi esperem!

Apartment very well located on a pedestrian street, in front of the beach and very close from the train station, 5 minutes walking. Ideal to see Bcn city and enjoy a few days at the beach. Our apartment has been our summer home for years, we grew up surrounded by nature and turquoise waters and for the 1st time we are willing to share our little jewel with all of you.
