Vacation rentals with a balcony in California

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

Endless Summer!! The perfect Cali beach vibe!! We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was wonderful in every way. The parking spot was so convenient, the grounds were so well kept, and the apartment was exactly as described and more. The view is amazing. We loved watching the surfers every morning from our balcony, and the sunset every night! We used the pool, the grill, and the gym. We walked to Oceanside pier in just a few minutes. The place was clean, the personal touches were awesome, and Steven was the best host from start to finish. We will go back!

The stay was very peaceful, the area around was very walkable and there was a lot of cute coffee shops right by the Airbnb.

Cam had an absolutely beautiful space, and was thoughtful and communicative from the time of booking to the actual stay. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful and whimsical decorating. The kitchen is fully functional and having morning tea in the nook was a highlight- the drinks in the fridge and the cake in the cake stand were so kind. Cannot recommend this place, and Cam, more.

We had such an awesome time at Ann's place. It was so cute and decorated for a beach Christmas. Ann takes care to make everything perfect. The house is so unique with the tri level and it is charming. The location is just amazing for everything in Mission Beach and visiting San Diego. We used the bikes that came with the house several times on the awesome paths that were right outside the door. We enjoyed being close to both the beach and the bay. It was also centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do on our trip such as Torrey Pines (golf and hike), La Jolla, Cabrillo, Point Loma, old town and downtown San Diego... nothing was more than 20-30 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

Cute place, all thought out, perfect location

Lisa was a wonderful host! Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was absolutely spotless and well stocked. We loved all of the beach equipment available for us to use (it was so nice that we didn’t have to bring that with us on the trip) and the beach cruiser bikes were a hit for everyone in our group.

Any time I plan to visit Oceanside, I always try to stay at this Airbnb. I’ve stayed here a few times when on vacation in SoCal and always find the place very clean and accommodating! The hosts are very nice and responsive to any needs. You can walk about 30 minutes to the peaceful town/beach and it’s right near the highway if you need to head to the major cities. 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

This house was a great spot for our family and friends! The living space was very spacious and the kids loved the pool! Convenient location to get around and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. Jesse was quick to respond and clarify any questions we had!

Nice clean place with all the essentials. Nice dishes, pots, pans and all that was needed for a nice stay. Appreciated having the laundry facilities as well as use of the grill.

Lucinda’s Lucinda’s Casita was absolutely perfect for our stay in San Diego. The location is perfect for doing things in the city, and having a garage to park in was a wonderful bonus. The Casita was always a pleasure to come back to and the back patio was a very pleasant place to chill out. It felt like being at home. Balboa Park is not far and there are a number of restaurants that are within walking distance. Access to I-5 is down the street. Lucinda provided all the necessary details for the stay. We found her directions very clear and easy to follow. There is a binder in the living room that details specifics on how things work, and Lucinda is quick to respond to any inquiries. The only downside is that the airport is close by and the home is in the flight path. Sometimes the planes seem pretty close, but this never really bothered us once we got used to it. We absolutely recommend this place and hope to stay here again if we return to San Diego.

Ari is a fantastic host. Made arrangements to ensure I could check in early after a long international flight despite check in being later. Place was fantastic -- one of the most unique Airbnbs I've been to till date!

Everything was great. Beautiful unit in the perfect location. The little tv room was perfect make shift nursery for the weekend. We do wish the pool was heated, but everything else was great

We had an amazing stay at RedAwning’s place! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect—close to all the great spots in San Diego, including the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The space itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals when we wanted.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

We had a great stay at Snowbird 108. Communication was great, check-in process was easy. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The pellet stovr was a very nice touch. Very quiet and relaxing. Great location, super convenient for the kids, they could walk back when they were tired. I wish we could have stayed longer, will be back!

This is the one. Perfect location for a wedding at Casa Romantica or family week at the beach. Garage holds 1 car and we rented a golf cart (recommend, call / Echo Cart!) and it fit easily as well. 2nd car parked across the driveway easily. Bathrooms are clean and feel roomy. Stairs are definitely part of the experience. If you have a large family or wedding party consider renting the downstairs unit as well. Plenty of kitchen equipment and in good condition. The deck with dining table and sofa set is amazing as are the folding wall glass doors. Superior beach supplies . Coffee in cabinet . Fridge empty but for ice , so stop at store before check in. Didn’t have to buy paper towels, nor laundry or dish soap.

Great condo. Clean and fresh and convenient. Everything worked really well. Small Reco for the owners: the tea kettles need a white vinegar deep clean! I think that’s our only constructive suggestion. We had a wonderful time and the hot tub was much needed and appreciated.

The condo was lovely. Very comfortable and quiet. While we didn't spend a ton of time at the property, it was very well appointed and maintained. Having access to the pools and workout room was a nice bonus. We had a great trip! Thank you so much.

Nice cozy spot with a great location! Walking distance to the village and a 10 min drive to the ski lifts. I’ll definitely be back!
