Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Very responsive, lovely house exactly as we needed

We had a lovely time in Whitstable not least thanks to the beautiful house in Argyle Street, which had everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located, close to the train station, beach, harbour, cute high street and a brilliant bakery. We didn’t bring a car but still managed to get around so much with the brilliant train (10 mins walk from house) that goes down the coast to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs and a 20 minutes bus ride to Canterbury (bus stop a 3min walk from house). We were incredibly lucky with the weather and loved every minute!

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

Everything was ideal great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had such an amazing time at Becky’s place. We felt at home straight away and the sea views were incredible. The interior was so stylish without being soulless, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Had such a lovely stay would definitely come back again!

Kirsty place was out of this world. We booked one night last minute with my mother 6yr old daughter and my 5 week newborn. To say the night/early morning feeds were made so much better looking out onto the sunrise across the sea and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. We spent the day on the beach and then got a takeaway fish and chips. Apartment was spotless, bed was so comfy and linen fresh and so Inviting. We will be back this time with my husband as he was sincerely jealous of our morning view as he was at work! Thank you x

Outstanding in every respect - a real find! The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and in an excellent location only a few minutes stroll from the seafront. The flat is equipped throughout to a very high standard, and is full of thoughtful little extras which made our stay really special. A real home from home - very highly recommended.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. A well located apartment. Very easy to find and check into. Inside we found a cosy, peaceful and beautifully decorated apartment. Lots of space for two people. Local shops and eateries in the high street just around the corner. We highly recommend and would happily stay again
