Very nice apartment on the ground floor located 2 minutes from the slopes of Saint Pierre by car , beautiful quiet view. 80m2, large living room with large screen TV, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, games area, 2 bedrooms with 160 beds + 1 child's bedroom with trundle bed. Umbrella bed. 1 built-in toilet bathroom ( washer and dryer). pellet stove + electric. Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house.
