Our beautiful & peaceful Bush Retreat is located in the leafy suburb of Engadine, which is only a few minutes drive to the stunning Royal National Park. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy total privacy as you take in the spectacular bush views of our 1 bedroom guest house (completely separate to the main residence). Whether you simply need some respite and a place to rest and relax, or are looking to explore and adventure, our Bush Retreat is the perfect destination.

Tranquil & private courtyard, equipped guest-suite

Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

Florabella Studio

Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away.

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

This spacious self-contained guest house is convenient as it is located in walking distance to a supermarket, wetherill Park TAFE and bus lines, including the T80 line to Parramatta and Liverpool. It is also a short drive to the growing industrial zone in the local area. This space is ideal for students, workers on business trips, or anyone looking for long or short stays. There is unlimited street parking available and a park with pedestrian access close by.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.

A new and comfortable studio with private courtyard, a walking distance to Chester Hill train station and shopping centre.
