The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

Martin's place is an incredible, peaceful getaway with lots to explore right on the property and many activities within a short drive away. Martin is friendly, warm and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. He's a great host! The cave is a magical space!

This was our second stay at this Coveta Fuma bungalow apartment. Great little Villa development with easy access to El Campelo by the excellent value public tram system. The bungalow is very well equipped and appointed. Clean, comfortable and spacious.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Many thanks David!!

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

The house is very tastefully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which is of course important with 7 people. It is actually only a 7-minute walk to the beach promenade👍🏼. Alan, Virgina's husband, was always easily accessible and also asked on his own if everything was right. All in all: perfect!

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

Excellent. Great views, 6 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms which was useful. 9kg washing machine, well kitted kitchen. had towels, Inc beach towels so no need to carry out in luggage. secure. location was amazing, right opposite beach, near Old Town. balcony was unreal. highly recommended 👌

This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. It's a pretty nice house, it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. There was nothing missing. Having two kitchens is tremendous PLUS. There are many board games, the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Julie's sympathy by phone and Nigel's personally was PHENOMENAL. The house was super clean! The wind, can be very strong. Thanks Julie and Nigel

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!

House located in a very quiet urbanization and just minutes from downtown. The house is beautiful even better than the photos, it is not missing detail and with an incredible pool and surrounded by a very well cared for patio. In the backyard it has a garden furniture area with a jacuzzi that is a delight. The host always aware that all was well. In short, 10. We will be back for sure
