My rating is the maximum to my stay because I met my goals. At the beginning I had some setbacks more because of me than the hosts. The place is wonderful, does not correspond in my opinion to the exterior of the building or the location, being in the heart of downtown you can not access the weekends by car. The price corresponds to the above, this same apartment in an area near Playa may well be worth double.

The house was very clean, it had everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts were very accommodating,with quick and detailed communication, pending in case we needed anything. The area is very nice. I would recommend staying in this house.

The village very quiet , there was movement when we were in Easter and the views are beautiful, as a suggestion there is not much coverage in the accommodation, I recommend downloading series or movies before in case you are bored 😅😂

Staying in a house rehabilitated with so much taste and comfort, far from the city and the rush, offered us to be able to disconnect and enjoy as much as we had dreamed as a couple. Away from the village of Barco de Ávila enough to not be any obstacle approach shopping, eating or visiting the town and enjoying staying in the middle of the sierra in complete tranquility and intimacy.

The house is in an expectable location to spend a few quiet days, with the bbq,the pool for summer must be incredible! We were in winter and cold we didn't go through, it was super comfortable on the two main floors and on the ground floor with the other heat system was fine too! To repeat!!!

We were in the house for three days and had a very good experience. Victoria was very friendly and was communicating with us constantly in case we needed anything. Even if you let him know of any unforeseen events, the communication was always 10. You can tell that the house has been recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The only comment we would add is that it is not an accessible space since to enter most of the rooms (even on the floor below) there are steps. Other than that highly recommended.

Quiet location, with a garden area with every detail to be relaxed. Irene took great care of us, left us a delicious detail for breakfast and the recommendations she gave us, about what to see in the area were perfect.

Very clean apartment with a small terrace and equipped kitchenette in a quite street. Parking is possible directly in front of the apartment. The location is perfect for getting to national park (10 mins). The host was very friendly and welcoming, lacking of English skills, but we managed everything with google translator. Recommended for - not only - bird lovers!

A quiet apartment, Natalia had it very hot with the stove on. In the bathroom I had a Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi and stove, a perfect plan for a Saturday that was rainy. The beautiful village, quiet and very friendly people. I usually travel to rural areas and it's one of the best apartments I've found.

The apartment is even better than the description, the comfortable beds, comfortable sofas, noises, the temperature of the house with 37 on the amazing street without the need for aa. There was no shortage of details, the three new bathrooms and especially if you're going with people with very limited mobility, it's super comfortable to have the bathroom and the room adapted, spacious spaces for the wheelchair... We decided to go out a few days with Lluc and Ona, our pets, away from the noise of these days in our town. Before we arrived we already loved the location and the accommodation of the same, but when we arrived we were amazed. From the first moment, Cristóbal has been very flexible both at the entrance and at the exit of the stay it was super pending both from us and Lluc and Ona, in addition to Ona it has been great to socialize with Maui.
