Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Endroit idéal pour une pause si vous venez par les airs (aérodrome à 10 mn à pieds) et découvrir les chemins de randonnées au bord de l'étang de l'Or avec ses taureaux et flamants roses. The apartment is located in a quiet area, it has a separate entrance you can park your car safely in the driveway. It also has a desk area with a wifi and wired connection. A path leading into the countryside is two minutes away. You will find the beaches 10 minutes drive away, Carnon and La Grande-Motte are within a 10 km radius, you can get there. Shops are nearby. the Cévennes as well.

45 m2 2-room cocooning apartment located on the third and top floor in a small, quiet building. Restaurants, shops and doctors nearby. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive to Montpellier and the beaches (Palavas, La Grande-Motte). 13 minutes from the airport and Montpellier Sud de France train station. This is my primary residence, so don't be surprised to see my stuff.

Ideal location on the Port of Carnon, a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. Completely renovated and equipped studio: all you have to do is bring your suitcases.
