We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

My place is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. In the Saas Valley, adults must pay 10.5 Fr. in the summer and children between 6 and 16 years 5.25 Fr. Pay tourist tax. In this price all buses in the valley and practically all cable cars can be used free of charge. In winter the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price, the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.

La Mason dl'Ansiva - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. Only 8-10 minutes by car from Brig-Naters, via Blattenstrasse, you reach the Wiler "Geimen". The 2 room flat has been lovingly renovated in a nostalgic and modern style. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
