Jess is a great host and this is a great place. Cozy but spacious. Stylish in a low key way and very comfortable. A nice front and back yard and a lot across the street full of trees. Restaurants, cafes, bars, movie theater, coffee shop, and bowling alley — all part of Jackson’s vibrant and pleasant Fondren neighborhood— are an easy walk just up the street. Jess is a wonderful and warm person who makes everything easy. I highly recommend this place.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Felt right at home and it was peaceful and quiet. The host was very responsive when I needed something. First time in Jackson was worth it! Really do recommend this beautiful place.

Carlton was a wonderful host and very responsive. He brought our family a Christmas tree for the holiday and was so kind. The place is clean, modest and spacious. Our family stayed for four nights and this was the perfect place.
