It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and antique. The apartment consists of a clear space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.

The private apartment has everything you need: bedding, towels, and basic cooking equipment. The pool is shared with me, but the lower terrace is exclusively for guests. The location is ideal for those who enjoy nature: nearby is Olèrdola Castle, perfect for walking or cycling.
