highly recommend the home exactly like in the photos the super quiet beach ( on the days I spent), quiet for those who come with children, house near the beach, a restaurant with homemade food and barbecue top and affordable value, the house with everything in great condition and working we've been here for 7 days, and we'll definitely be back

Great option to stay in Guaratuba, the house is exactly like in the photos, it is very spacious and everything was clean and organized. The location is very good, it is about 5min from the central beach by car, the neighborhood is very quiet has almost no movement, it is ideal for rest. In the kitchen we manage to get along very well with the utensils that it has available, we do not miss anything. The only thing we missed was an air conditioner for the hottest nights, but other than that, I'm sure it's worth staying on the spot. We felt at home.

We spent seven days in the house. Everything went well. Host Maria Terezinha very attentive. The entire house with all the necessary utensils. The Stadie was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

Cosy space, all well clean, ventilated , in the kitchen had all the necessary items to make basic meals, cozy and spacious rooms, I went with my friends, 5 people the AP accommodated us super well, all were delighted with the AP, there are Wi-Fi (this is the main kkkkk), there are ceiling fans, table and chairs on the balcony, where we spend the longest time in the house, the AP is a block of the house, on the pole of the house to see the sea, there is the coat of arms a block, panified on the other block, really the trade is all close. The trustee Mr. José Roberto who received us is super friendly, helped us with the instructions, indicated places, grateful for all the accommodation 🙏🏼 We will return yes !!

great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

The perfect house, the best the photos demonstrate, spacious, bathrooms with hot water ( for me extremely important), cooks with everything you need , lots of crazy, glasses, pans, great refrigerators, everything perfect. Celso served us with great attention, as we went in several couples one arrived before and he released well before the check in, just thanks him for everything.

The condominium is tasty, but I found that the surveillance with guests was very aggressive and uncompromising in some situations, just to improve a little more how to communicate, which would already be good.

Tight space for maneuvering and parking the car in the garage. Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.

The ap is delicious! Comfort and privacy, the balcony faces the lawn of the outside of the condominium, gives an impression of being home… The rooms and very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, showers a delight and the air conditioning worked perfectly, my family and I were extremely satisfied!!! To go to the beach is just across the street, there are restaurants in front of the condominium and a super market next door, nor was it necessary to use a car. Clau a dear, very solicitous and answered all our doubts with precision, we would definitely come back more often!

It's already the second time I've stayed here. oceanfront apartment with a spectacular view. Apartment size is great with 3 good sized bedrooms being the suite with TV. Churrasqueira along with the cuisine is great for a little barbecue enjoying the view of the sea. We will return!
