You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. It's 70m from the cristally clear sea. The house is 100sq m (plus the loggia of 30sq m). There is an additional relaxing area of 25sq m with an outside shower where you can barbecue and a pool area with a terrace of 100sq m where you can sunbathe. It is 35 km from Korcula and the nearest shop is 10' walking distance.
