Welcome to Roz Avel, a Breton house built in 1904 above the water in the descent of the Kelenn with stunning views of the Bay of Morlaix, located about ten meters from the Kelenn beach and 200 m from the city center (church square). Roz Avel was completely renovated in 2017 to accommodate 16 people: 12 adults & 4 children:6 bedrooms including 3 with sea balcony, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large 25m² terrace on the sea and a 700m² garden.

We rent our large, very spacious, recently-built architect's house. Located facing the sea with exceptional and breathtaking views. Direct beach access, large garden. Fully-equipped. Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

Walking beach, edge of the village. Eighties house in cul-de-sac and quiet area close to the center and Le Clouet beach. Nice view shared between sea and countryside (view of the golf course of which it is one of the closest houses, the bay and the woods that line the entrance to the bay of Morlaix ) Overlooking a 350 m2 Garden. Small pleasant terrace for peaceful lunches. In winter, comfort of a pellet stove. TV. Adaptable hours for weekends upon request.

Le Chantier d'Ernest – 4-bedroom waterfront loft

In 2016, the former shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make a 3 bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. Feet in the water, the construction site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the shed... ideal for aperitif time!:) A sea view hot tub for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the Carantec walking trails. Located in the heart of the village, close to all shops, beaches, this very spacious house, with a large enclosed garden, is ready to welcome you. In summer, the very important and renowned summer market is accessible at the end of the street. Free shuttles are available during the summer to drop you off at various beaches or shops. In winter, Carantec is very nice for walking on the GR34 trails, as well as visiting the unmissable Ile Callot.
