Just one night for this stay but we will come back as the setting is beautiful. Mireille is inexhaustible on local history and iconic spots in the area. A very good moment of conviviality.

Sophie and Jean Claude are the absolute best. There home is adorable, spacious and so welcoming. Jean Claud is an amazing cook and Sophie the heart of an Angel. We will definitely be back.

Stephan was a great host, friendly but discreet. When I said that I missed having a proper map in front of me, he gave us a book of maps to use while we were there. This really helped us in finding the things we didn't know were in the area. The place was really peaceful and the views from the windows were great. Everything was really clean and having the kitchen, with all the things you needed for cooking, was really helpful. Thank you for being a great host, Stephan, we really enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend your place highly.

We only stayed one night, but Theo was very welcoming, the room is so cute, impeccable cleanliness, nice decor and a great view of the Pyrenees. Recommended for nature lovers...

We had a great stay with Caroline and family who are extremely welcoming and helpful. The location was great for visiting Mirepoix and the swimming pool and garden was wonderful as it was summer and quite hot. A delicious breakfast in the garden was a great start to each day. I would love to return one day! Would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay with Jean-Luc, with three children. The house was cozy. Rooms very great for a family and Jean luc was so friendly. He offered me a taste of his great home brewed beer and breakfast was great. Great value at a great location perched between the amazing castles.

Great accommodation at the top very comfortable and equipped we had a very nice welcome room at the top Mr. Jérôme very nice he is at the top sir. I highly recommend it. 😉 We'll be back, that's for sure!! Thanks for everything Jérôme, don't change anything, you're great! 👍

Josiane's welcome is very friendly. She puts us at ease upon arrival. No complaints about the very clear explanations and the services offered (coffee machine, tea, kettle...). She kindly explains the access and the appointment for breakfast (very hearty and diverse). Really a great place to spend good nights in peace and in a very friendly setting. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. From the bedroom to the hot tub everything was very clean. Breakfast + lunch served by our very welcoming and responsive host.

Very nice stay, the accommodation is clean with enough space for two. Close to the city of Carcassonne. Anthony is accessible and we had a very good welcome. The place is welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub. I recommend it. If we have to go back we will go back to Anthony and Lucie's.

We had an excellent weekend at Sandrine & Cédric's. We appreciated their kindness and availability to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation is perfect and matches the photos. The room was a real cocoon and with a splendid view of the City. We enjoyed our coffee on the terrace despite the cool temperatures. The bedding was very comfortable. The calm that reigns in this house makes it a very relaxing place. The owners are very welcoming and gave us valuable tips for visiting the surroundings as well as several good places where we return without hesitation. Adam and Phillip were friendly and warm hosts, and made me feel very welcome. The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and peaceful - I awoke to the sound of a Nightingale singing! The bed was really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast choices were great too. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will be back to stay as well.

Jean-Michel was the perfect host. Extremely kind and always wanted to be certain that we had everything we needed. Since it's a bed and breakfast, we mingled quite a bit with Jean-Michel. we made a friend and look forward to our next visit. We stayed for a whole month! Fabulous hosts. Both Els and her husband made us feel very welcome. Evening meal & breakfast were fantastic, wish we could have stayed longer.

Anne-Sophie was very attentive to us. The place is atypical and warm. The atmosphere is good thanks to the creation of the place that Anne-Sophie made of it, i.e. good wine to drink, good boards and a smooth meal. The atmosphere is pleasant with meetings and discussions of people who come to eat or just taste wine. a kind of bar/restaurant/ home where it's good to come and spend a time out of time and in the evening rest in the calm of the Minervoise countryside. There is only the stairs to climb so we can fully enjoy the wines that Anne-Sophie offers!
