Privileged location: 5 minutes from shops, 15 minutes from the Thermes de Préchacq, 25 km from Dax and Mont de Marsan, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Ocean and Lake Arjuzanx, 1 hour from Bordeaux, Spain and the Pyrenees

Détendez-vous dans ce gîte du 16ème siècle entièrement restauré, au coeur du domaine de 11 Ha, agrémenté de chênes centenaires. Vous profiterez d'un cadre apaisant et serein à 1h15 de Bordeaux et des plages océanes de Hossegor, avec de nombreuses balades pédestres ou à vélo, à 10 minutes de toutes les commodités. A disposition : ping-pong, trampoline, raquettes, pétanque, fléchettes, babyfoot. Piscine uniquement juillet et août : salée, chauffée, sécurisée, 12mx6m, ouverte de 12h à 20h.

This accommodation is located in the center of a small village in the heart of Chalosse, 20 minutes from Dax, 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean. This 30 square meter mezzanine studio is equipped with a fridge, 2 induction stoves, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine, TNT TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The small bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 bed and a closet. Baby crib on request.

This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.
