Downstairs has 2 beautiful double rooms & bathroom. Free off-road parking for 2 cars Close to north & south coast beaches, Heligan, Charlestown & Eden are all a 20 minute drive. The Old Chapel is a unique property. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and WC. The upper floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a Super King bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom. Our Chapel is in a fantastic central location, just a few minutes drive away from the Port of Charlestown where Poldark is filmed and Tall Ships are usually docked. Brecombe Barn is within a short driving distance of both north and south coasts and main tourist attractions inc The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and Charlestown. Brecombe Barn is based close to owners property has its own private access, private parking and garden, is not overlooked and has views of surrounding fields.

We are handily located for the stunning beaches of St Austell Bay and a 30 minute drive from Newquay's surf beaches. The harbour village of Charlestown is three miles away and we are within easy reach of the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Our delightful self-contained annexe offers everything you need for a relaxing Cornwall getaway. Unwind in the comfortable conservatory or dine outdoors on the sunny patio. Enjoy the spacious accommodation including the bright, skylit bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge allows the space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Close to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, this gorgeous retreat makes an ideal base for exploring Cornwall's beautiful landscape and coastline.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
