Max was a very responsive and accommodating host. His place was as described. His location is right in the middle of the city, so I appreciated this place had parking and doorman. His home was also larger than expected.

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, we had arrived for our 28th Wedding Anniversary on Holy week during the island wide blackout. The home was fully equipped with solar power. We were unaffected by the power outage with power and hot running water. The home is also equipped with washer and dryer. We very much enjoyed the home and it's amenities! I will be back!

Great place, close to shopping and restaurants. Easy check-in and super responsive host. Comfortable space for my family of 8. Would stay here again!

Toby’s apartment in Barbados was a fantastic place to stay. It was spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout. The location is perfect—just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and close to local shops and restaurants. The pool is a real highlight: clean, well-kept, and great for relaxing after a day out. Communication with Toby was excellent; he was friendly and always quick to respond if any issues came up, which gave us real peace of mind during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, from good air con to a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, a great base for exploring the island and a lovely place to come back to each day. Highly recommend!

Marina’s place was really nice. Great location located on the water. Great upside was free and safe security parking. We loved the jacuzzi the views and a comfortable bed! Downside were the traffic noise since the private balcony is situated straight across the main road of the city center and the outdoor airco units right below the balcony. The apartment is nicely equipped with a washer, dryer, oven, table sized fridge, very comfortable bed (!) and spacious enough for a stay for 2 people! When we were needing anything extra or had any questions, Marina was quick to respond and very helpful! Love to stay here again for a few days in the future!

Excellent location, very quiet place, very comfortable for the family and for kids, beautiful view, beautiful surroundings, with a beach, a pool, a basketball and tennis court, too and a 10 minute walking distance from the "Malecón de Naguabo" where there are a lot of places to eat and very delicious. Hosts very responsive and proactive to help with everything! Thanks Diane and Luis for sharing this blessed place with us!

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

Spacious, wonderful vacation place. Nice tile work throughout, microwave, modern appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook because we were always going to restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Close to everything, convenient to grocery store, walmart, restaurants, 5th avenue and the beach. We definitely would stay again. My highest recommendations to Marion and this place!

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

As is the case in Puerto Rico, the power went out at 2 am on Sunday and did not come back on until 5 pm that day. Once it came back on, one of the two air conditioners would not start up. Frist thing on Monday morning Tom showed up with an electrician and got the situation squared away that day. All communication with Tom during this event was immediate. A great host.
