Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. My home is located close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the protected landscape. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You'll love my place if you're looking for the original, prefer closeness to nature, love living by the water, and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
