The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.
