We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Historical Erie Canal Bike Path/ Vacation Home 1

The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
