Nicole the co host was great! The house is absolutely gorgeous very nice! The only issue I had was with the master bathroom and the guest bathroom downstairs. The toilets kept stopping up. And the knobbed on guest bath downstairs kept coming off. Only issue I experienced! Now I feel the cleaning fee is a bit extreme because I had to do my own cleaning and we noticed what appears to be dog hair in the dryer and on the floor mats.

Henry’s place was Perfect , It was clean , in a great neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants and dope spots around the city for tourists my family enjoyed it on top of that him and his wife had great communication throughout our stay I’d definitely recommend staying here

Great stay, place was as described, could use some upgrades, but it looks like that is in the works, along with the area being gentrified, so property will appraise etc. Very spacious and organized, and clean with adequate amenities and supply's. Host was the most amazing, attentive, responsive, professional, kind, informative are just some of the attributes. Would recommend, rate was good, and experience was nice, will book again in the future, Thanks M!

I stayed at Reo’s beautiful home with my friend and dog, as we were competing at a horse show nearby. The property was perfect for it, it is beautiful, peaceful, well stocked and comfortable. The dog loved the fenced backyard (heads up there are outdoor cats around if your dog is a chaser), and I especially loved morning coffee in the sunroom and the tree filled surroundings. Reo was extremely responsive and helpful and everything was easy, would definitely stay again!

Sweet Tea & Serenity was the perfect choice for prom weekend! My daughter and her friends particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and they enjoyed playing some of the games that were provided. It was great that there was also plenty of space and beautiful scenery for family members to capture photos before the prom. Amber and other hosts for this property were also super responsive to our requests to heat the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this property and host!

My family LOVED the home. It is fairly a newer home for the hosts so there was minor fixable issues, but those issues didn’t affect how me and my family loved the home and still enjoyed our time here. From the reservation, during the stay, and until the end…Marlon & Emmett’s communication was amazing. They were always present when needed. This is my 1st time in Atlanta and they too are super helpful when I asked for suggestions of places to visit in the area. Thank you so much you two. My family and I have enjoyed my stay in Atlanta and if I ever decide to come back, you most definitely will be the 1st hosts I come looking for.

We enjoyed our stay at Mr. Samuel's place. Felt right at home, Mr. Samuel was very responsive and respectful. My little family enjoyed every min of our stay, the home had everything we needed. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Me and my wife travel a lot and this is definitely one of the better air bnb.s. Backyard had a lot of space and the arcade games were great! Only thing I wish there was a few more blankets besides that it was a great stay.

The home was exactly as described. We felt at home and Cire communicated with us extremely well. He answered and approved our request quickly. He checked on us to make sure everything was good with us during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. The washer and dryer were very convenient. I would choose to stay there again. The only thing I would say needed to be done is clean the carpet on the stairs and dust around the pictures. Other than that everything was great.

Wendy was amazing and so responsive! The home has a very cottage core feel to it and was perfect. I’d caution that because pets are allowed here, might be hard if you have allergies and/or sensitive to pet dander/smell. All in all, Wendy was a super sweet host.

It was a little hard locating the property, but Marquese provided clear and helpful directions. We really appreciated walking into a home that smelled and look clean. Comfortable space. Helpful and friendly host.

Mary's place was exactly as described. The cottage was so cozy and comfortable! The bed and pillows were amazing! The place was very clean. Even though you're basically in someone's back yard, it didn't feel that way. Very private feeling. Parking and entry to the cottage was very easy. The fenced in yard for our fur baby is a huge plus. Peaceful, quiet setting. Would definitely stay again.

The Tiny home is as advertised. Host is very responsive and left clear instructions for check in. The living space is very small and cramped. But then again it is a tiny house. All amenities are as stated in the posting. Overall, positive experience.

The place looked better than the pictures, it was beautiful—intimate and most of all CLEAN! We loved how private it felt, and the yard space was a wonderful amenity whilst traveling with a pet. Ian was a very attentive host and even the tenants in the home are very kind and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Excellent place! With airbnb it’s always about the host, Nicki definitely goes that extra mile to make sure you are comfortable during your stay! Her attention to detail made the stay easy and pleasant, all of the necessities were included (even new toiletries in the bathroom if you forgot yours). Highly recommend Nicki’s place for the great host she is and of course the convenient location!

Great host! Great house. Was perfect location to the high school where we were there for a dance competition. Quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and decorated house. Had everything we needed!
