The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Two-room apartment in villa, with independent access, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa and armchair and upon request you can add a single bed for both the third guest and for those who want to sleep separately, a kitchen and bathroom with shower and laundry, suitable for three people, for couples and solo adventurers. The accommodation is served by a panoramic terrace. Beyond the terrace there is also a portion of the garden with a lawn and a masonry shower.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

My place is on a beach on the island and you can go through the small village of Sant Alessandro pedestrian area with wonderful views . the house is on the beach so in just a few stairs you can reach the sea. It will enchant you for peace in the sound of the sea . The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, terrace overlooking a large garden with a privileged view of the enchanting bay of Citara, where the suggestive shades of the Forian sunsets offer contrasting and intense emotions every day. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beaches of Citara, Cava dell'Isola and the "Giardini Poseidon" Thermal Park. The historic center is about 2 km away.
