Vacation rentals with beach access in Casamicciola Terme

Teresa was a wonderful host! She was always very responsive and very thorough explaining all the details of the apartment. Unfortunately, we had to cut out trip a few days short due to a death in the family, and she was very gracious and even helped get us a driver to take us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our early flight. We would definitely stay at her place again.

Thank-you Giuseppe for a fantastic stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The appartment was light and airy, spotlessly clean, with amazing views. The air conditioning was very useful on a couple of occasions when the weather turned a little chilly. Your local recommendations were useful and we settled on Porta Marina Seafood restaurant, eating there on a few occasions given the delicious seafood and warm hospitality on offer. For me, a highlight was starting each day with a coffee on the balcony in the morning sunshine, looking out onto Mount Vesuvius, listening to the gentle lapping waves. Wonderful!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had! Sant angelo is a quiet and beautiful area, with nice restaurants, shops and services, with an extra of having an accessible beach. The small apartment is a simple and functional space, very well equipped with the basics and a stunning sea view. Alessandro and Laura are absolutely wonderful and generous hosts. Attentive, responsive and well mannered. I hope to come back soon!

Alessandra was very responsive and helpful. She was also very flexible, accommodating and friendly. The flat is amazing. Great location, great space and very clean - the living room Is very spacious and it was lovely to relax after all the walking (because everything was walking distance !). It was amazing!

Well-equipped apartment 10 minutes from the train and from the beach. It was very nice to sit outside on the roof terrace. The cleanliness was perfect, the bed was very comfortable. Gennaro is helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommended for a couple.

Easy to find , well appointed, close to capri town and all its restaurants and shops , bus station and all transports. Marino was super communicative , available at all times and super kind ! Loved loved loved Capri 🙏 thank you for the stay!

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Stayed very well. Maria's explanations were very clear. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. The little harbor next door is very cute!

Elisabetta was an extremely accommodating and helpful host, staying up late to help us find and check into the airbnb despite a massive train delay. The house is clean and nice, and the view is incredible. Overall great stay.

A Dream Stay at Cherubini – A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Views Our stay at Cherubini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning panoramic view—a perfect blend of shimmering blue water, the charming rooftops of the town, and the majestic mountains rising in the distance. It felt like stepping into a painting. The property itself was impeccably maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly peaceful. Every morning, we sipped coffee while watching the sunlight dance across the water, and in the evenings, the twinkling lights of the town below created a postcard-perfect backdrop. Cherubini is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for serenity, beauty, and a true sense of place, this is where you’ll find it. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. Also a huge thank you to Francisco for portering our three luggage bags to the house. So helpful.

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. Everything was pristine , a home away from home . when you have a million questions like I did and I am so appreciative. tutto è stato meraviglioso. Annamaria was extremely flexible, we were able to drop our bags early after arriving from Canada. We took her recommendation for a transfer from the airport and thank goodness we did. Mario was super friendly and navigated Naple’s fascinating streets and traffic with the skill of a real Neapolitan. Annamaria’s place is right in the heart of the action, and her incredible terrace was an amazing oasis of peace in the middle of the charming chaos of Napoli. The apartment itself is simple and as described and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Anna Maria

Lovely house, located near the mergellina promenade. Clean and well organized, equipped with all comforts. Armando, a wonderful person, who helped us and facilitated us between check-in and check-out, available and understanding. Naples as always never disappoints and with it the Neapolitans!

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

This place can't be described with words. The apartment is better than the photos and the views are breathtaking. The way Gio and her Taxi driver friend, Loredana, looked after us during our stay, has made us feel that we now have family in Ischia. This was the best experience we had in our travels through Italy.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

This is the second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Eugenio is a wonderful host, so helpful and friendly and in the style of old school Airbnb he provides bottled water snacks for breakfast and appertivo. Cereal, milk, salami cheese and crackers. Plus in the bathroom there's suntan lotion, soap, shampoo, sanitary products. It's a really beautiful apartment, it belonged to his grandparents and he still lives in half of it. We love it!

Peaceful and secluded location with beautiful views of the coast. Great host and very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone that would like a peaceful place to stay but also relatively close to the entire south of Italy.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Our host Giuseppe was extremely helpful and informative and made sure our stay was comfortable. The area was very nice! Beach at walking distance was awesome! Lots of local shops in the area which was very convenient so no car needed!
