Great location, flexible check-in, the apartment was impeccable, bedding, towels, equipped kitchen. Our stay was super nice!! The hostess, Liliane, answered all questions quickly and clearly.

Alexandra at all times was very helpful to me, it helped me a lot about schedules. i think the AP is in the best location there, where there is everything at the door, just down that has several restaurants and even the carts of the people who sell. super hot and strong shower, comfortable bed, quiet fan, and kitchen with everything you need with nothing missing in it. The apartment has a good isolation where you don't hear practically anything on the street, not even from the side apartments. In my stay the building ended the water and Alexandra gave all support, being very helpful. finally, a wonderful apartment, where I would go back a thousand times and if I were to put an observation it would just be the parking lot that is kind of chatty to get in, a little confusing, but nothing that hinders your experience. only thank you, as I had an amazing trip. I and my family spent the week of carnival 2025 in Rodrigo's apartment and we were very pleased. The apartment is very well taken care, with an outdoor area for a barbecue and for those who have pets, and not counting the location that is excellent. Rodrigo was an excellent host from booking to the last day of hosting. We will definitely return more often!

Quiet place, great to rest and super comfortable! Rural having breakfast in the outdoor area is sensational, has a beautiful sunrise and sunset! In addition, the place is great to receive petz, it has a wonderful place for them to play! Otávio is super attentive and great host! I recommend the stay to everyone:)

The house corresponded to the listing. Well aired, two bathrooms, excellent air-conditioning. We travel with a family, total of 6 adults and stayed well accommodated. Super quiet neighborhood. It is approximately 2km from Peracanga Beach. We arrived in rain and were super treatable at check-in(we entered before the time). Sure, we'll come back more often. Nothing to complain about. Just thank Maria Eugênia and her husband for all treatment.

The house of Cláudia is even better than shown in the pictures! Cláudia is extremely attentive and kind! The house is very clean and organized, excellent bed and bath linens, fine white and excellent appliances! The laser area is excellent, great for children and for barbecues and partying! The view from the house to the beach is lovely! And the beach is paradise! Thanks Cláudia for welcoming our family so well, we will be back again for sure!

Perfect stay. The house has everything we need, it's great in every way. Everything clean, has all the necessary utensils, spacious and with great location. Luana has been amazing and attentive since our arrival in the city. You can go with your eyes closed, there's no way to regret it.

Very beautiful, wide house, all in good taste. Also well equipped with sound, appliances, and basic items (salt, tempeiros, olive oil, paper...). Sylvia was very helpful and clear with all the information. My Family stay was perfect!

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

Eapço marvellous, this place and beautiful of more, the ap has a view that rests, I love this place. O Elias otimo anfitriao, atendimento otimo. When we arrived, I felt at a Hotel, face bath towels, water , soap, just have to take it from home, the rest has everything. Parabens!!!!

Beautiful apartment! Well located, spacious and well furnished! It has everything a family, or two in my case, needs. Well-assembled kitchen, new and comfortable mattresses. Both Juliano and Jaqueline were very helpful. The only reservation is the building's elevator. It underwent maintenance on 07/09/24 and during the period we were there, from 07/15 to 07/25/24 it stopped working 04 times, one of them with me inside and another time when we arrived from the beach and we had to climb the six floors of stairs with the beach materials. But I emphasize again, the apartment is very good! We loved it!

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. We love hosting and recommend it.
