Excellent property located just below the iconic tower of the beautiful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, where you can breathe a unique atmosphere. Easy to reach, close enough to the parking lots, you can also leave your car in the square below to load and unload. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts: the kitchen is functional and well-stocked, it was very useful for us throughout the week; the bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountain and a nice balcony; the bedroom located downstairs was a great solution for our almost 4-year-old baby; the bathroom, very clean, is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and convenient drawers. S. Stefano is a small charming village, and an ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings: Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Bominaco. Stiffe Caves, etc. The host was very nice and helpful, and gave us precise directions for everything. Thanks and see you next time!

5-star review We spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve night in a house that looked like it came out of a fairy tale, surrounded by snow in the wonderful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. A real treat, with attention to the smallest details, welcoming and perfectly inserted in the magical context of the village. The location was perfect for exploring two iconic places: Campo Imperatore and Rocca Calascio, where we did two days of spectacular hiking, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. Special praise goes to the host, very kind, professional and always available, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend this home to anyone who wants to live a unique experience among nature, history and relaxation.

Really nice house, it turned out to be perfect for our group. Very well-kept rustic mountain style, with everything you need to take advantage of the spaces; we enjoyed in particular the garden equipped thanks to the very pleasant temperatures on the days we stayed, beautiful view, privacy and peace. The location is excellent to reach with little effort the many places to visit nearby, from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio, to Campo Imperatore, as well as the L'Aquila. Luigi and Antonia are hosts who are attentive to details, super helpful and very quick to respond to every need, they also directed us well for excellent arrosticini, cooked at the barbecue in the garden.
