This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been constantly renovating it, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love going there and we have a great time as a family. We sincerely hope you enjoy it! Happiness is truly in the meadow!

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Located 15 minutes from the Nogaro car circuit and 10 minutes from the thermal cure of Barbotan-les-Thermes, after you had the farm at the deer of Houga 10 minutes away, you also had the village swimming pool 5 minutes away, open in July and August. You can also go boating in our pond and swim! We also offer crayfish fishing.
