Karyn's apartment is wonderful. With a spectacular view of the marina and with all the amenities. The marina is wonderful you can stroll and go to the beach right next door. Karyn is a very helpful host. We love your stay!

My wife and I had a great week in Casa JP at the end of April. Having done our homework, we were very pleased with the apartment. Some may find the 25 min walk to Puerto De La Duquesa a step too far, we (both retired) enjoyed the walk and sometimes did it both ways. If you want to be closer, you'll pay the premium and there are many Manilva urbanisations that are much further from amenities. The apartment description and photos are accurate. Spacious, easy to find (Casa JP on Google Maps), comfortable bedding and refreshing showers. We didn't cook many meals but had no problems with kitchen equipment. The weather did permit us to be outside, with our EarPods in, the A7 disappears. Jean-Pierre's communication was spot on, all you need to know before you go, good recommendations for places to visit and responsive to any queries. The Port is an ex-pat haven but more local experience are available in surrounding small towns and villages.

Well equipped kitchen, nice views, spacious apartment with lots of parking. There’s not much walkable around the property so a car is required but we had one so thought it was a great location. Lots of restaurants a close drive away. This apartment is one of the few in the complex and in the Costa de sol with a clothes dryer, which I loved. The property management team were excellent. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Recommend 100%.
