Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

De badkamer is voorzien van alle gemakken met onder andere vloerverwarming, een stortdouche, wasbak en toilet. Clamping in Holland!

Split-level with garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hanging and laying. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10 per bicycle per day
