Absolutely beautiful little home. Extremely helpful and communicative host along with the assistant! We had a fabulous time in Port Dover overall. I loved the simplicity of the place yet anything we needed was provided to us. Our dogs loved the backyard as they dont get this luxury in Toronto. Definitely a gem. Also, the privacy is exceptional. High fence was a plus for both us and our neighbours. Bugs were no joke so remember to bring a bug spray! Definitely recommend this place! Can't say enough great things about Julieta's place. We loved it and Julieta was so accommodating and responsive. She answered any and all questions immediately throughout our stay and made our trip great. We went when the weather wasn't great and there is still a ton to do. The inclusion of the golf cart was amazing as we could explore the whole grounds. Although her place is walking distance to anything you might need. The unit was comfortable, clean and well organized. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a meal and we enjoyed fires at night. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Julieta was a great host - thank you for a great family vacation!

Our family enjoyed one of the last beautiful weekends of summer 2024 at Ryan’s place. I loved the location as it was more private than most since it backs onto green space. It’s also not right in the central activities area so not as noisy but still within a reasonable walking distance. The cottage has everything you can possibly need and having access to the golf cart was a definite plus. Ryan was always very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had…would definitely recommend!

As much as my wife and I enjoyed our time, the whole purpose and success of our trip was watching our toddler play in the parks, beach and quarry sands! Steven’s place is a hidden gem amongst the hundreds of other sites, that provides a water’s view for dinner and campfires, a short walk to the hub of the park and quarry beach, and was plenty of space!

We loved our stay at Shella's cabin! not only did all the amenities at the resort exceed our expectations, but the close proximity to everything was amazing well! We were able to be close to everything while being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Will definitely visit again! we appreciated Shella's responsiveness!

Had a great stay at Amy's place. Everything was as described. We were in contact with Erica for our stay and she was very helpful and responsive. the backyard space was incredible. It was very clean. it was fully fenced in except one small hole at the end of the garden. Had a great stay but one small thing was that I felt the cleaning fee was very high especially for the cleaning instructions they have for the end of your stay.

We booked the property for 6 people and the place was amazing lots of amenities and things to do.

We had a very comfortable stay, host is very responsive, place is clean, AC is working great, hot water works well... Place facilities such as the pool is nice and clean, we enjoyed the multi purpose court where we were able to play pickleball.

JR is an excellent host. He provided a warm welcome and local tips for places to eat and visit upon arrival. Easy to communicate with and always willing to offer support and help if needed. He reached out in advance about check-in and check-out times, which was appreciated. We went to Long Point in the Fall to see the bird migration and the Millie is ideally located, just a five minute bike ride from the Long Point Bird Observatory. Not to mention the stunning beach scenery at your doorstep. Lots to explore and see in the area. The Millie is an old fashioned cabin, but has been well equipped by JR and has lots of charm. It was a very comfortable and restful stay. The whole collection of cabins looks like it would be a lot of fun to rent with extended family and friends. Thanks again JR.

Lovely place to stay not too far from the city - great outdoor space, very peaceful location right in the water and a short drive to public beaches and town amenities nearby. Perfect for a weekend away.

This is a lovely location overlooking Lake Erie and the views of the lake were really spectacular. We were there on a very windy afternoon and evening so we didn't use the fire pit but just enjoyed the cozy living space and looking out at the water. I'm glad that I read other reviews that mentioned that this place is not as fully-stocked as some other places. So I would join others in saying that you should plan on bringing extra coffee (there were a few keurig pods) and sugar. We didn't do any cooking (just used the toaster and kettle). I wouldn't call this place "rustic" because it does have all the features of a comfortable home but there were some quirks. My tall husband kept hitting his head on the light fixtures in the living room and the stairs to the upstairs are steep and the ceiling low--a slight problem again if you're tall. The wifi connection was also very sluggish. Not a problem if your intention is to unplug and relax! Perfect for a getaway from the world.

This place is an absolutely gem. Katie is absolutely amazing and the cottage is cozy, and located in such an amazing spot. Everything was perfect and we will definitely return for a visit!! Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not find a nicer place.

Came back to this place for a few days as we truly enjoyed a similar stay in September. Great way to enjoy the Fall colours! Location was picturesque and totally serene. We found our perfect getaway place. Everything is provided except your own food so you can just pack and go. Can't wait to come back in the spring!
