This brand new home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is conveniently located near the University of Northern Iowa, a short walk to downtown Cedar Falls for restaurants and coffee and one block from Mercy One Hospital. Only half a mile to the bike trails along the Cedar River. Then unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploration, or gather around the fire table on the deck.
