A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

We are located in the vicinity of Covadonga and Picos de Europa National Park (15 minutes by car). And 30 minutes from the Cantabrian Sea where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and picturesque coastal villages.

The house has been lovingly decorated, hoping that you will feel as comfortable as you would in your own home and enjoy a pleasant vacation. On the first floor, there is a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the second floor, there are two very cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house has a charming garden with a barbecue and views of the Picos de Europa. From the house you can walk to do many mountain routes.

On the north and green coast of Spain, a very comfortable one floor house located 1Km from the villa of Llanes (Asturias). Where you can go along the beautiful Carrocero river pedestrian walk to find shops, pubs, restaurants and everything you need. It is 3 km from La Cuesta Golf Club and 1.5 km from Toró beach, although it is not the only one beach in the surroundings area because you can visit almost 30 impressive beaches.
