You will also have access to a parking space on our enclosed property. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from tram line C, "Blanquefort station" (Bordeaux - about 25 minutes). Quick access to the Médoc region and its renowned châteaux. Please note, the house is not wheelchair accessible.

Come and enjoy a 4-day weekend in the peace and quiet of the countryside, surrounded by our vineyard de Château Peyrarey, but close to the center of Bordeaux (12km). Independent gîte adjoining the owners, for 2 to 4 people (convertible in living room). Garden and wooden terrace. Barbecue. By car 10' from the tramway, 25' from Grands Crus de Saint-Emilion, 1 hour from Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla. Cinema and shopping center 2.5 km away. Walking and mountain biking circuit.

Spacious, bright and quiet 140 m2 house

Composed on the ground floor of 1 bedroom and an office overlooking a patio, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Upstairs, a master bedroom with bathroom, a dining room and a living room overlooking a terrace that is not overlooked. The garage in which we provide 2 adult bikes does not allow you to park a car because it is quite narrow. The vehicle can park for free on the street in front of the house or in the parking lot of an office building located 50 meters away.

The house includes a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a living/dining room with an extra bed (convertible sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool on sunny days. In order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties are forbidden. Maximum capacity is 4 people.

This house is not big, but it makes up for it with crazy charm. Completely redone, this outbuilding consists of a fully equipped kitchen/living room (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop). The master bedroom has a double bed and a work area. It also has a children's bedroom with two beds. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine. But above all, a pleasant garden completes the house, with a pergola.

Small adjoining studio for a single person or couple. You can see the entire room in the photos. Close to all shops. Quiet neighborhood. Bordeaux center 25 min. Near tram A to Buttinière (10 min). Bus 64 down the street that goes to Buttinière. (not WE) TV/Netflix Microwave oven. As the accommodation is small, with no room for dishes, disposable cutlery is provided. Entry is through the white front door with a lockbox.

You will have all the comforts for a good stay.
