Waterfront vacation rentals in Central Coast Council

We had a fantastic stay at Chris’s beachfront apartment in Avoca, perfect for our family of five! The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had a great coastal feel with a spacious deck. Beautiful views and a large grassy area for the kids to play added to its charm. Chris, the host, was very helpful and organised, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a peaceful coastal getaway.

Vicki's place is located within walking distance to The Entrance town centre. The seabreeze and sound of waves was lovely and kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very happy with our 2 night stay. Hosts were great to deal with very friendly and helpful. Nice spot, lots of beautiful restaurants to choose from, walk straight onto the beach, good shops to browse. Overall 10/10 for accommodation and surrounds

This beach-facing property exceeded our expectations! The convenience of having restaurants, cafes, and the beach right at our doorstep was fantastic. The living room's ocean view is breathtaking – waking up to it was a highlight of our stay. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. We had an amazing Easter holiday here, made even more special by Janelle's thoughtful Easter basket for our daughter. Highly recommend!

We were really impressed with the view from the loungeroom. The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's very centralized, you can see the sea pool from the balcony and Coles is 750m away. Jonathan was also very quick in responding anytime I had a question. He also only asks that you take the rubbish out and doesn't ask anything extra like other hosts.

An amazing view and location. It is well furnished. Sue was very responsive and allowed early check in and late check out during our stay. Would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at Rina's place! The apartment was clean, cosy, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect for exploring The Entrance, and Rina was a wonderful host, so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Even though we didn’t catch any prawns this time, the experience was unforgettable, and the kids absolutely loved it! We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend Rina’s place enough. Perfect hub for a mid week getaway to nature and the coast. Loved its proximity to the National Parks, hiking paths and coast line. Drivable to favourite coast lines such as Avoca, Pretty Beach, Umina, Copacabana and Ettalong. Clean and safe space that allowed the relaxation of the day to sweep into the nights. Loved this space and its proximity to cafes and entertainment. Totally recommend.

Accomodation was very clean. The house was well equipped for all of our guests. The views and house looked just like the pictures.

This is such a beautiful property with great amenities, it was clean and felt like a home. we had such a fun time being here! especially the teenage kids, one of our best holidays. They wanted to go back as soon as we left. And thank you so much to julie she made the experience so much more enjoyable with her quick and friendly responses. Check in was simple and smooth, the directions and house rules were so easy to follow, even check out was a breeze, would love to visit again. thanks again for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your amazing home.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

The house is in a great position at lake Macquarie with lots of fun to offer. The house and each bedroom were delightfully decorated to add enjoyment to the stay. It’s a wonderful experience we have had. On the down side I would say if beds could be more comfy with better mattress that would be good. Will appreciate if have more floor towels or mop since floor is wet with lots of water activities expected. Shame we have no bbq we could use but we understand the reason. The main couch is a big old and smelly otherwise the home and stay have been perfect.

Beautiful location by the water. The house was nice and big for our family holiday and lots for space for the kids. The baby cot and high chair was especially helpful for my sister's baby which we really appreciated. Rooms were lovely but the highlight was the balcony/deck where we had breakfast. David’s house at Woy Woy is an absolute lakeside haven. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and stunning views. The home is beautifully presented—clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you could need. But the real highlight is the backyard that opens right onto the lake, complete with a private jetty. We spent hours fishing, watching the wildlife, and enjoying morning coffees and sunset drinks with a view that’s hard to beat. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, yet still close to shops and cafes. David was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. Whether you're after a peaceful retreat, or a base to explore the Central Coast, this place ticks every box. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Highly recommended!
