The accommodation is located in a quiet, older neighborhood a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Sliding doors out to the garden and patio provide an extra room in spring and summer. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6kr/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is located in the basement and can be reached via the garden in the left part of the house when you stand in the garden and look towards the house.
