We had a great stay in this beautiful, modern cottage. It is very quiet and offers plenty of space and coziness. Everything looks like the photos. Especially great were the sauna, the natural swimming pond and the hot tub. The cottage had everything you need for your stay - firewood, towels, toilet paper and dishes were sufficiently available. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. For children there is a very nicely equipped playroom. Michal gave us a friendly welcome and said goodbye and explained everything about the house to us. This house is perfect for a trip as a large family or group, as it offers enough space for time together, but also sufficient privacy. As a hiking trip, we can especially recommend the rock labyrinth.

The place was great. Clean cabin and neighborhood. It doesn't look like the photos, but the indoor social spaces are much more spacious than the photos made it seem - a very nice surprise. Everything, including communication and later checkout, was perfect. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully designed, clean, and fully matches the photos – modern, wooden, with a wonderful atmosphere. We really appreciated the sauna and bathing pond, which took the stay to a whole different level of relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing. An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

a very good starting point to Szklarska and Karpacz. Your host is very communicative and helpful. great place for a large group of people with children, plenty of parking, full equipment in the kitchen.

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

Very nice place with everything you need. Beautiful landscape nearby and a very nice garden with a pool for summer stays.

Everything was fine, clean, well-equipped kitchen, we were very satisfied. The host was very kind, she always responded quickly and briefly to the message, we found and understood everything, so great.

nadine and her family were very welcoming. the place was tidy and clean and larger than it d appear in the pictures. we comfortably spent a week there with our company of six. only things the house could use would be a washing machine and perhaps some games or toys for the Kids, but over all it is a great place that s well worth the stay!

This house is great. We had it for three fathers and 5 kids and it worked for us perfectly. All the amenities were available as promised, the space was clean, the view from the porch is great. Bonus - the rabbits and sheep the kids were allowed to play with and the grandfather sharing local stories and advice. We'll come again!

the accommodation is suitable for groups of moms with children. I was told that there was no potty, so there were 2 toys for children and even two cribs. Otherwise, everything was okay. There's also a slide,carousel, and trampoline in the garden, so the kids took off.

Lovely home. Would visit again.
