Perfect apartment! Fernanda is a super host that’s very helpful, and responsive. Everything is just as described, and the property is in a great location - easily accessible to restaurants, shops, the mall, and other pickup spots for tourist activities. 10/10 I’d recommend.

I stayed a few nights at Fer and Godfrey’s place to wrap up my month in Costa Rica. I had some trouble finding the house from the address listed but Godfrey was very helpful, sending me a pin and even trying to reach a cab driver he knows to find me. Very kind. The Airbnb was beautiful, the perfect size for me, and in a quiet area. It’s is very walkable and I loved getting out for morning walks. It’s convenient that the grocery store and several restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away. I wish I would’ve stayed longer! Truly a great place!

We had a great time staying at Arnaud’s place in Santa Ana! The location is excellent—close to grocery stores and various great shops, making everything very convenient. We also felt very safe during our stay, especially with the gated community and a guard at the entrance, which gave us peace of mind. The place is perfect for relaxing. It’s a quiet area without many families with small kids, which keeps the atmosphere peaceful. One small thing to note is that during our time at the pool, both a neighbor and the guard asked us to be quieter—even though our kids weren’t making much noise. The pool is located very close to the apartments, so noise seems to carry easily. Besides that, everything went smoothly, and any small issues we encountered, Arnaud responded quickly and was super helpful. We really appreciated his support and hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
