Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cervia

Huge house in a beautiful location in the Italian country side. Lots of space and privacy. A lot of nice villages, a fortress and San Marino closeby.

we spent 10 magical days in the house. We walked and returned to the house like our quiet harbor, giving tired travelers peace and coolness in the shade of trees. By car we visited the local attractions and explored the beaches. Everything was great! We prefer to cook ourselves and everything was for this in the house. There is a new and large EuroSpin grocery store 5 min drive from the house. For more comfort, we lacked a dishwasher and microwave, but we knew that they were not there and were ready for it. Lots of different detergents and it makes it easy to keep the house clean. The house is clean and spacious and has 2 terraces, there is an opportunity to make a barbecue, which we enjoyed doing. The pool is 20 steps from the house and this is a big plus. Dear Titti E Vito, thank you more for this opportunity to spend our vacation in your home. We no doubt recommend staying here for everyone.

Perfect stay, home immersed in tranquility, exactly as described. Lorenzo is a very helpful and proactive host, able to respond and intervene quickly with clear instructions. We will definitely return, congratulations to Lorenzo for being a young enterprising and professional.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The setting is particularly idyllic. Located in a peaceful and authentic village, we were captivated by the stunning sea views from the terrace and from the village. The house is spacious, very well-equipped and clean. A small grocery store near the property has everything you need for cooking (including gluten-free options). Cecilia and her aunt who welcomed us were friendly and accommodating regarding check-in and checkout times. We would highly recommend this listing and will definitely be back :)

Marco was an amazing host. He was friendly , helpful and we felt like family whilst he always respected our space. The home had everything we needed in the most beautiful surroundings . We self catered for some time and ate out in nearby towns . The area is unspoilt and not touristy and everyone was very welcoming . We chose the mountains for the great walks there and the hikes and views were fabulous. We were sad to leave but would love to return sometime.

Thank you to Paolo for the welcome. The house has everything you need for a quiet stay for a group of 11 people. Within walking distance, in the town center there are all the services you may need: supermarket, tobacco andanythingelse. Only note: be equipped with a mosquito net (normal if you stay in the countryside).

Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

The apartment is nicely furnished, clean, good location. I highly recommend it.

My girlfriend Silvia and I wanted to spend two days away from the city: we chose the Terrace on the Park of Mauro for the panoramic view and the location, which turned out to be better than expected. The garden overlooking the valley is truly unparalleled. Mauro was a kind host, helpful and very attentive in welcoming us and conveying the beauty and peace of this place. We highly recommend being your guests to enjoy the enchanting nature of the upper Romagna Apennines and enjoy walks with your advice.

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

Hosts are super friendly and makes you feel right at home.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful village. Excellent apartment! Nothing is missing, it is arranged so that it is practical. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen is clean. The plus: the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Carlotta asked us if we had arrived safely and told us that there was a small gift in the refrigerator :-) When we arrived, there was a tray in the kitchen with 2 cocktail glasses and cakes. What a delicate touch after all the hours of driving (we come from Brittany in France). The village is beautiful and lively with the beach below. The area is beautiful. You can learn more by browsing the books and brochures that are available in the accommodation. And then, we had some nice encounters in the village too. I would highly recommend it.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, it is very comfortable and spacious and has a lovely patio. Guido and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Perfect stay, a place to come back!

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Everything is perfect!! AMAZING stay and home!

An all-round beautiful vacation destination if you don't want to explore the area on foot. A great big house for many people even in bad weather.

We've already been here for the 3rd time - that says it all :-)

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

We spent New Year's here with seven friends. We came together from different parts of the world and Italy to spend quality time away from the cities in a quiet and welcoming place. This is exactly what we found at Villa Cerfoglio. Licia welcomed us to a place that far exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautiful, cozy, warm, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The surrounding landscapes are beautiful, as are the stars that can be seen at night in this place so calm that it gives peace. The barbecue outside then allowed us to have one of the most beautiful and convivial barbecues we've ever had. Licia was a very kind and helpful host right from the start, but we were really surprised when she also left us food in the fridge and pantry to welcome us. It was a wonderful experience and we are already thinking about when to come back next summer. Thanks Licia 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️

Fabulous experience! We stayed at this fantastic villa, the rooms are as pictured, spacious and tastefully furnished. Beautiful bathrooms, each with their own hot tub. Kitchen stocked with everything, pleasant common space... and a great value for money. Giancarlo was always punctual and accurate in the directions. Highly recommended!
