It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The Serre Chevalier resort is accessible by car 1.5 km away and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

(Ski shuttle also available at the bottom of the residence) Completely renovated in 2021 in a warm mountain style and equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home.
