Perhaps the best AirBnB I ever stayed in. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was well equipped with everything that travelers may possibly need. They even kept baby safety plugs, just in case. Furthermore, they created Netflix profiles in our names to make us feel right at home. How thoughtful and incredible is that? There were chocolates, cookies, drinkable cold water, a wine bottle, coffee/ tea bags and more, a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in and check-out was very smooth. The location is perfect, right next to the Rimini train station. Good connectivity to all nearby areas. Suitable for upto 6 people. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot Davide and his awesome team. Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The apartment was evidently renovated maybe ten years ago, keeping the tiles, perhaps original, in the kitchen and bathroom area on the ground floor. I would have avoided some slightly disturbing paintings, but apart from these small things the apartment is pleasant and you feel at home. A comfortable living area with a nice TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are very small but nothing else could be done in these pretty houses in the center. Convenient that you don't have the key. There is a modern combination system to access the house. Comfortable and spacious beds. A perfect location for visiting the center.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

It's almost a shame to only stay there for one night. Wonderful and modern apartment, very bright and well furnished, with several parking lots around and close to what is the main square of Cervia, as well as several shops and restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk from the sea. Marco is a serious, friendly, friendly and responsible person, as well as being extremely helpful. If you want to make a good name with friends or your half, highly recommended and if I have to go back to the area, I will not think twice about where to book!

We had a lovely stay in Francesco's apartment, it was very peaceful and quiet but great restaurants were only a few minutes walk away. There was a supermarket less than five minutes walk also. Francesco was a great host and very kind. We would recommend his apartment and would definitely stay there again.
