New very nice modern apartment 🤩🤩 with an elevator, blinds, mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning, very clean. Nice terrace. Julia takes care of every detail. There is no problem with arrival and departure as it is on site. Very good WiFi. Great location, close to the free beach, good restaurants, shops and other attractions. It is a great pleasure to relax😎😎

Really clean Bnb, with all the items you need to stay. The owner is very friendly joking and available for any of our questions or requests. Very nice spa, it is the best spa ever tried ( best experience to do ).

If you’re staying for more than a couple of days, this will feel like home away from home. Spacious, well appointed and all-u-need apartment with two balconies and morning birds to beautify your breakfast coffee time. For a treat try the most delicious gelato store right across the street👌🏻 We had a car, and found the location perfect for exploring not only the historic Forli, but both the Southern coastal parts and the Tuscan areas on one trip. Highly recommended place with gracious, friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. Thank you guys!!⭐️

The only downside, looking from the app and the information was that there were other people above us, but despite this, the place is so big that it's like being alone. Lovely place perfect for large groups of friends, well-stocked and with plenty of leisure possibilities. Very well maintained, always kind, friendly and helpful host. A magnificent experience.

we stayed in Alex's apartment with my friends and had a great time. Alex was very kind and super helpful, the television takes half a wall 😅 and the bathroom and the shower is also very nice. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!

We were well received, a very nice house where we relaxed. Maurizo tried to communicate with us as well as possible, although his English was not always easy to get along. But despite that, he had explained everything well and clearly. We even got a day of breakfast from Maurizo, super sweet! Everything was also super clean

We stayed for one night in this room. Nothing to say! Everything as described: clean, modern, equipped with all the necessary comforts and really great breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, close to all the main tourist destinations of the Romagna Riviera but just outside the confusion of the town center. In addition, the kindness and courtesy of Emanuele and his family is really a plus. Highly recommended!
