I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. There are spiral stairs to the first floor apartment. You have the apartment all to yourself, your own entrance. Quiet hours are requested from 22.00-06.00. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking place in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage right next to the apartment for a fee. Downtown about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores approx. 5 minutes walk. Cyclists welcome. 4 bikes are available for free during your stay. Tips for nearby getaways. Check out my guidebook. The cottage is located in the Lusatian Mountains Protected Landscape Area, with the garden covering almost 15,000 meters for your rest. In addition, you can also use the summer kitchen or the indoor heated pool with a sauna. You can also relax by the crackling tiled stove, including the oven. The location of the house offers countless incredible views of the surroundings, including the possibility of visiting tourist attractions, for example, a rock castle right behind the house.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
