It is 50m2 large incl. loggia and parking space in the building. Located in a safe and quiet location but at the same time only 5 minutes on foot from the city center. You will have everything the city has to offer: theatres, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike-ride along the river, monuments of the city such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, City Hall and much more.

This quiet, newly built modern apartment is designed as a 1+kk. The whole space is airy and pleasantly modern. In the living room there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a living and dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Additional sleeping areas are located on the open floor under the roof accessible by a wooden staircase. All mattresses are comfortable and healthy. From the apartment there is a direct entrance to the terrace, from which has a beautiful view of the Hluboká nad Vltavou chateau.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Součástí apartmánu je světlý obytný prostor s kuchyňským koutem, oddělená ložnice, dvě terasy s úchvatným západem slunce a kryté parkovací stání. Lokalita tohoto apartmánu je výjimečná. Nachází se v blízkosti Hluboké nad Vltavou, kde je známý zámek, zoo. Nedaleko je sportovní centrum a golfové hřiště. V létě také možnost koupání. Českobudějovické centrum je vzdálené jen pár minut. The apartment, 5 km from Český Krumlov, is designed for undemanding clientele, has its own entrance and my mother lives in the other half of the house. The apartment has an ideal location as a starting point for hiking, cycling, swimming in Lake Lipno and skiing in winter. The advantage is the nearby railway station for trips to Šumava or a visit to Český Krumlov. Pets are not welcome - we have a dog.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Náš byt nabízí velmi komfortní ubytování pro větší skupiny nebo rodiny s dětmi. Ubytování má parkování zadarmo a je to jen krok do přírody, při tom kousek do centra, hodinu na hory a minutu na cyklostezku. V cene jsou veskere lůžkoviny i ručníky.
