The accommodation is located a short distance from the village of Borek. A few kilometers from the center of České Budějovice and a few kilometers from the romantic castle Hluboká nad Vltavou. The accommodation is in a newly equipped caravan. There is an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. You can use the large round fire pit for roasting sausages or just relax in a hammock. There is a gas stove and an equipped kitchen. A short distance from the accommodation in the village of Borek is a natural swimming pool. There is always fresh mineral water from a local spring in the caravan.

It is 50m2 large incl. loggia and parking space in the building. Located in a safe and quiet location but at the same time only 5 minutes on foot from the city center. You will have everything the city has to offer: theatres, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike-ride along the river, monuments of the city such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, City Hall and much more.

Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

By arrangement, it is possible to visit the bee farm and buy local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or sail the Vltava River in the summer months.

Moderní byt 2+kk o velikosti 50 m2 s krásným výhledem na městský park se nachází ve 2. patře bytového domu bez výtahu v Rooseveltově ul. čp. 164, v Českém Krumlově, 5 minut pěšky od historického centra a 5 minut pěšky od hlavního autobusového nádraží. K dispozici je prostorný pokoj se dvěma lůžky, samostatná koupelna s WC a kuchyně s jídelním koutem. Na balkoně je k dispozici venkovní nábytek. V bytě je TV a WIFI zdarma. Pračka není k dispozici.

The apartment, 5 km from Český Krumlov, is designed for undemanding clientele, has its own entrance and my mother lives in the other half of the house. The apartment has an ideal location as a starting point for hiking, cycling, swimming in Lake Lipno and skiing in winter. The advantage is the nearby railway station for trips to Šumava or a visit to Český Krumlov. Pets are not welcome - we have a dog.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
