We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment felt very safe and in a walkable location to the historic town center - a little less than 15mins. The walk itself felt safe, too. The included parking spot in the garage below was incredibly convenient! The shutters on the balcony made for a completely dark and peaceful space for sleeping, and with white noise from our phones, we weren’t bothered at all by any street noise! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money for us who came to spend 5 days in Marseille. Very good beds , bcp of things to cook if needed. A workbook with all the ideas out and a second with all the information about the apartment and tips for more personalized outings or restaurants. We feel the desire to welcome Eric as best we can, that there is what it takes. + A little attention to arrival. Surprise. Otherwise, it is located less than 100 meters from a small square where the subway station is located. In front of which is the Hong Kong 2, Thai restaurant recommended by Eric, and which is really great. And also a good bakery in this square where we took our sandwiches to then go to the calanques, which we overkilled. Very close by metro to the old port. That's it. Again, very good value for money, I think. Thank you! Anosteke as we say at home

We stayed only one night but this was perfect! We needed a place close to the train station because we had an early trian. The apartment was just as described and the host was wonderful. Thank you!

We were hosted very well by Laurence, an accommodating host, available and full of small touches. Very well located accommodation in a quiet environment but where everything is within walking distance. Very clean, well-equipped accommodation, and convenient with all the necessities. A place to remember, we'll be back with pleasure.

Well located apartment for easy access to the different sites of Marseille and allowing you to rest in peace . The view of our Notre Dame de la Garde and the brightness of the apartment quickly put us in the pleasant atmosphere of the Phocaean city . We had a great time and we thank Paul for his kindness. We had a great time in Augustin's house - It is located in a quiet and secure location and is a 5 min drive from shops - The decoration is very neat and the equipment is complete. We couldn't enjoy the pool but it will be for next time I hope, when it gets better.

Very nice rental with exceptional equipment for the price range (2 independent toilets, air conditioning upstairs, ultra comfortable terrace seats, parking in the shade, super equipped kitchen, XXL storage, state of the art TV...). The place is very new, and everything is spotless. The highway is a 3 min drive, and the city center is a 10 min walk. Finally, the hosts are very responsive. We highly recommend.

Clean nickel house and the place is beautiful

Had a great long Easter weekend break at Hevre’s place outside Aix. Communication was good all throughout and it was nice of the hosts to meet us to assist with arrival and parking. Probably even easier just to park in the designated spot and carry your stuff the short distance to the home, but squeezing through the hamlet was easy enough too. The house was spotless and all as advertised. We always appreciate finding tableware and pots perfectly clean - thank you! Furniture was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, with shelves for storage, and the views from the upper terrace and poolside were great. Cezanne’s favorite mountain beckons! It was about 15 minute drive total from the house to the bigger garages in Aix, and an easy ride. Great base to explore around the region too. Some perfect French country roads if you just head away from town from their house. Nice place. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay in this clean, spacious and nicely decorated house, nestled in a beautiful green setting. The interaction with the owner was fluid and very responsive — he even moved personally to bring us extra blankets, which we really appreciated. A few things to note: the house is advertised for 12 people, but it seems more comfortable for 10 (6 adults and 4 children). Two bedrooms have beds that are a little small for adults. The pool, although mentioned as heated in April, remained cool, but it can also be explained by the mild weather during our stay. All in all a great experience in a relaxing setting. A great central location in the upmarket neighbourhood of Vauban in Marseille. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties as Marseille is very hilly and this property is located off a Main Street on a steep hill. It’s a 20-25 minute downhill walk to the old port with lots of restaurants and Bars. Also very easy to get a taxi or an uber from and to the location. Despite its central location the house is very quiet so there is no disturbance at all. It’s also very safe as it’s located behind a coded gate. Please note the house is located at the end of a car park for residents in the apartments nearby. We had no issue at all with this and no noise, it was a peaceful sanctuary away from hustle and bustle of Marseille. The house and amenities are of a very high standard and provide everything you need included linen, towels, shower gel and a travel cot if you are bringing a baby. The host was very helpful, and very quick to respond to all questions. A great family stay.

Thomas is a very good host. He is really responsive. We arrived by train, which was delayed, but Thomas was flexible and waited for us. He is really friendly and cares about guest experiences in Marseille. The location of the apartment is amazing. It is close to the beach and many other attractions. Exploring Marseille from this location was perfect. The apartment has all the conveniences and fantastic outdoor terraces. It was a good place to return to after many hours outside in the sun. We did not really cook, but the apartment has a fully functional kitchen. It is exactly as described on airbnb. This was our first rental of someone's home. The concept of being in someone's home gave me some worry about which items we could use, but Thomas was always very responsive and helpful. My kids enjoyed our stay here. They fell in love with Marseille. I think the location of this apartment and the feeling of being at home contributed to this.

Apartment in new secure residence. Quiet while being close to the harbor, small shops and beaches. Very functional apartment, everything to feel at home... (washing machine, dryer, barbecue, dishwasher, oven, large fridge, as well as all the essentials provided...) A perfect stay. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for their very friendly welcome... and their activity tips! I recommend it!

Small well-equipped apartment, comfortable 70s-80s (limited sound insulation), modern bathroom and appreciable terrace balcony. The accommodation is on the 4th floor in a secure residence and overlooks the boulevard (and the Bonne Mère). Street noise and traffic can be heard, but double double glazing and shutters insulate well. Host available and attentive. We enjoyed the bed made on arrival, the provision of bath towels, towel, sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper, small bottles of water, Nespresso capsule machine, salt, olive oil... Big TV:) A 10min walk from Marseille Saint Charles train station in a neighborhood that didn't appeal to us. In the end, quite nice with supermarket, bakery, laundromat downstairs, pizzeria (Ziu), restaurant (Grisbi), bar la friche a few steps away and a 30min walk to the port. Great value for money. I recommend it, great 👌

The place is great!!! Top equipped, clean and above all the sea view from the living room/balcony... nice quiet location as a retreat. Also, the communication was really helpful and friendly. I'd love to come back :)

Very well located accommodation: quiet , 10 meters from the coastal path, close to the center on foot. The place has a partial sea view certainly but very nice. Its terrace allows you to enjoy the sun. By car, we quickly reached Sanary, Toulon, Cassis, Marseille, Garlaban , La Ciotat and of course Porquerolles ( boarding the port of Bandol). This was our second stay at Alexandra's place. Definitely not the last one!

We just had a weekend with 2 adults and a teenager in April. The studio is perfect for a weekend getaway. Very well located, close to the port and downtown and not far from the beaches on foot. Bright, clean and very well equipped. We highly recommend it.

Alexandre was very understanding and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made it a lot easier for us. The space was photo compliant, clean, and nice. We had a lovely time, largely thanks to him. Thank you again for hosting us!

Small apartment with all amenities, cozy, very clean and very conveniently located. Beachfront and with pool. Quiet, secure and very well maintained residence with beautiful plants. Beautiful terrace with magnificent harbor views. Shops nearby. Extremely nice and helpful owners!
