Quiet, spacious and pleasant space, the Jacuzzi in winter is an added value

After a week of hotel stays it was so nice to decompress in a home and do laundry! It was just the 2 of us and the space was much more than enough. A bigger party would be very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome email which included instructions on how to use all the appliances. Request- add in a true American coffee maker. The fact that the home is completely updated added to our comfort level. There are great spaces to relax and we enjoyed what the home offered and loved the showers. This location in Central Portugal is in a sleepy hood. There is a corner market but it doesn’t offer much. Arriving late, we were able to get a few essentials for our first morning such as milk & bananas. The 2 towns we decided to day trip to were Coimbra & Aveiro. Both are approximately 1 hour away. While it was a bit farther than I hoped, it was a nice chance to see the countryside & the A17 is so easy to drive. We were quite impressed with the freeways. Would consider a return with more guests!

The house is very spacious, the quantities of furnished dishes and linens are in sufficient quantity, the very good quality bedding. The shaded terrace allows you to spend days and evenings in complete tranquility. Shops are located 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend this house. Fernando the owner is always attentive and speaks French.

We loved the space. Well-equipped and large kitchen. Environment in the heated house. Comfortable rooms, with bathrooms in each room. Wonderful outer space. Great for kids who loved the goats. Very available and helpful host.

We went for my daughter’s birthday and she found this property on line . What a gem of a find it was ! The property is stunning. It’s airy and spacious and so private . The shutters when open allows in so much sunshine. It’s equipped with everything you can think of . You name it it’s there and if it isn’t it was delivered instantly as the owner was responsive to every email I sent .the property is surrounded by woods on one side so you can go for walks there . The swimming pool and BBQ area is amazing and very spacious . I have never stayed in a villa where I am provided with new gowns and all the toiletries you can think of . I would highly recommend this villa and I will be going back . If you drive do hire a car if not Uber is cheap and available. .

This was a really cute and nice place. It was as showed in the pictures, even a pooltable! The house is clean with a cozy fire place we used a lot because it was winter. The garden very beautiful and big. Though the outside area and pool is shared with another place on the same property, which was no problem for us but might should be taken into account. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for some peaceful time in nature.
