Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Chakvi

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Had a wonderful time with family. We haven't seen each other in 2 years. Great place to gather from all parts of the earth.

Mzia was a very welcoming and kind host! She made us feel right at home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house offered a beautiful view of Batumi and a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere in nature. They offered us some of their homemade wine and were always willing to help. Wonderful people and wonderful stay! I’d highly recommended :)

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Very nice stay and hosts. Actually, the location is pretty unique. We know a few nice spots in the area and all of them were easy to reach. Especially I recommend to take a walk to the beach through an abandoned mansion and castella mare, also you can have super cool dining with views at castella mare.

The apartment was even better than on photos! Close to beach,but quiet,it's a great combination. Giorgi and Mary were nice and provided good service and hospitality) tasty wine;)

Very cute place with the most comfortable beds and cozy blankets. Sadly there is no living room but it was warm enough to outside in the garden with very nice nature

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

This apartment is a real standard that the rest should be leveled on, no doubt. For the first time, I experienced an experience of five-star hotel apartments! Everything was perfect, starting from the interaction with the host, the speed of their responses, the accuracy of the instructions, the ease of check-in is beyond praise! The apartment was perfectly clean and prepared for check-in, everything was just sparkling! You should not even talk about full compliance with the photos, this apartment is even better than in the photos! Well, how the hosts tried to fill, deserves special praise. You should not think about anything, when choosing this apartment, there is everything you can think of, starting with banal things like toothbrushes, pastes, shower accessories of excellent quality, slippers, towels and bathrobes, ending with coffee, tea, olive oil, sugar, salt. I can endlessly list all the pros of this place, but until you try it yourself, you will not know what comfort and service is! Thank you!

The apartments are very clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a dining table and a separate working space, which is especially convenient for long stays. The host is always available, responds quickly and is accommodating - we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later, for which we thank you. Among the disadvantages - high audibility, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about outside the wall. We were unlucky and there were noisy residents nearby. Other than that perfect.

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

Nino is a great person and responds very quickly, the house was very nice, close to the sea and had a great view. The house was clean, everything was as it appeared in the photo, thank you to the nino. Maybe we'll see you again someday

We had a nice time. The grounds are very walkable. We came during off season so only one of the pools were open, but there wasn’t many people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I selected the place because I had to move from previous one and did not want to go far. It looks less cozy on images than for real (maybe the images colder color tone). However I liked the place more than I expected. In the mornings in the bedroom you get the abundance of sun light so you day starts positively and spirited. As of equipment, everything is there, I did not recall anything I would miss. Irakli was always in touch, I had no issues addressing him on different matters. Bookmarked for the future stays. I stayed in Batumi several times in the apartment, but this apartment is the most cozy and spacious. Perfectly blown due to drafts, well lit. There is everything you need, including dishes, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, spacious wardrobe and so on. The hosts are hospitable people, very pleasant to communicate with. The photos correspond to reality, but the balcony is actually even more cozy. Of the shortcomings, I can only note weak Wi-Fi. However, it's nothing for a vacation!

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!
