Vacation rentals in Chalcis

Very quite apartments 5-7 minutes walking from big beach (you can rent beach beds from Beach Club or use your own ones - if you rent, book for week-ends in advance as a lot of people coming). 3 bedrooms and kitchen/hall provides enough space for 6 adults + small child. Owner is very approachable and ready to help. It is advised to ensure that you have car to go to supermarket: nearest one is appox 3km away, big one 15km away. There is a bakery and mini market with essentials 15-20 mins walking but choice is limited there. Overal we liked apartments and reccomend them.

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful attic with a great view! The house had everything that you need and the owner was very helpful and ready to answer all of our questions! A perfect choice for a couple that want their privacy and quiet enviroment but also can go to the centre of the town in a 5 min drive! Would stay again for sure!

Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στο sunny house μας άφησε τις ίδιες υπέροχες εντυπώσεις. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Η Ζωή και ο Κυριακος εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες , ευγενικοί και φιλικοί ,όπως πάντα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θερμή υποδοχή στον πανέμορφο χώρο σας.

Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι με το σπίτι. Ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που περιμέναμε. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, με πολύ προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη, και με δική μας είσοδο για το αυτοκίνητο για να μην ενοχλούμε και να μην μας ενοχλούν οι άλλοι επισκέπτες. Ο οικοδεσπότης απάντησε σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις και απορίες μας άμεσα και με σαφήνεια. Συνολικά μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Super schönes, geräumiges Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsecken. Man kann von fast alles Fenstern aus das Meer sehen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein E-Piano :) Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Draußenbereich mit Pool und einfach traumhaftem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Eine relevante Info ist vielleicht noch, dass auf dem Gelände Katzen leben!

Maria is the kind of host that MAKES Airbnb. She was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us everything we needed to know about the house as well as some very thoughtful welcome treats. She is exceptionally kind and thoughtful and a pleasure to communicate with. It felt like we were staying with a friend. We had some heavy rain during our stay and she was very prompt to insure we were well and didn’t have any difficulties. The home is immaculately clean, beautiful, and well appointed with anything you could possibly need!!! We had an amazing time in a lovely place with beautiful peaceful surroundings. We strongly recommend a stay with Maria at her gorgeous home.
